Enable the debug menu in Safari on Windows

If you're looking to enable the debug menu on the recently released version of Safari for Windows it's fairly straightforward. Open %appdata%\Apple Computer\Safari\Preferences.plist and add the following code between the dict tags:

<key>IncludeDebugMenu</key>
<true></true>
