That's a great tip Brad, I always forget you can assign a hotkey to a shortcut! I'll update the post with that.

There is an easier way. Just find the program (HPHC.exe). In Vista just press Windows Start, start typing "hp health check," right-click on it in the list and select Properties, and delete the Hot-Key combo so it says "None." Hit OK and you are good to go.

HP Health Care is already configured for automatic scans once a week. If you want to run it again, in Vista do the above steps except right-clicking on it. Instead, left-click on it or hit Enter if highlighted. Or invoke it from running HP Total Care Advisor.

Same here. I use Photoshop's copy-merge all the time and this freakin' HP shortcut has been killing me. Thanks a ton dude.

Thanks Man!

I use Control+Shift+C to copy-merged in Photoshop and this stupid HPHC shortcut was driving me nuts! I even called HP and they didn't know how to fix it. Anyways, I just changed the name of hphc.exe, keyed in the shortcut, deleted it, then renamed hphc.exe to it's original. Easy fix thanks to you.
