I installed Office 2007 over the 2003 program this morning and I cannot get ANY programs to connect to the internet now except IE. I tried the fix above you suggested but nothing happened. I have reset every setting I know but nothing happens after 20 plus restarts today. Updates, etc, o go. The reconnect button on the toolar when pressed highlights but no action. Any further idea?
